August 2012 Mood Board: Schoolin’ Life

August reminds me of back-to-school shopping for uniforms, brand-spanking new kicks and spiral notebooks with enough room for doodling. Some things do not change and in college, my fascination with new writing utensils soon evolved to dorm-room décor, art supplies from Utrecht and hundred dollar textbooks that I would swiftly sell back for a few coins and the end of the semester.

Being a student was one of the most memorable experiences of my life and now as an adult I still think that all should partake in the back-to-school rush because really, we never stop learning. The world just becomes our classroom.

From academia sweaters to nail varnishes the color of a professor’s chalkboard, here are the things that I am in the mood for this month.
